How to cook

Materials to prepare:
1. Red cockle: 500g
2. Fresh ginger: 1 piece
3. Raw vegetables (optional): perilla, coriander, green onion,...
4. Wasabi (optional): 1 teaspoon
5. Soy sauce (optional): 2-3 tablespoons
6. Soy sauce (optional): 2-3 tablespoons
7. Sea salt: 1 teaspoon
8. Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
Processing:
1. Prepare red scallops: Take fresh red scallops, wash them and dry them with a soft towel.
2. Cut red scallops: Using a sharp knife, cut red scallops into thin pieces, about 0.5 cm thick. Make sure the knife is sharp for a smooth cut and to avoid damaging the shell's structure.
3. Prepare the ginger: Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices. Then, slice the ginger into small pieces to serve with sashimi.
4. Prepare raw vegetables: Wash raw vegetables and dry. Chop raw vegetables into small pieces to serve with sashimi.
5. Prepare the sauce: Mix wasabi with a little water to form a paste like cream. If desired, you can mix soy sauce or soy sauce with a little water to make another delicious sauce.
