How to cook

1. Oyster porridge

Ingredient:
- 200g frozen half-piece oysters
- 1/2 cup of glutinous rice
- 4-5 cups of water
- 1 purple onion, minced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic and chili seasoning according to taste

Instruct:
1. Defrost half-piece oysters according to the instructions on the package. Wash the oysters and dry.
2. Rinse the glutinous rice and soak it in warm water for about 30 minutes.
3. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil and add the soaked glutinous rice to the pot. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until the glutinous rice is soft.
4. In a small pan, heat cooking oil and saute the minced garlic and shallots until golden brown.
5. Add the oysters to the pan and sauté briefly for about 2-3 minutes until the oysters are cooked through.
6. Mix the fried oysters into the cooked porridge. Season with salt, pepper and chili garlic seasoning to taste. When the porridge boils again, turn off the heat.
7. Garnish the porridge with scallions and sprinkle more pepper on top before serving.

2. Grilled half-shell Japanese oysters with cheese

Ingredient:
- 200g frozen half-piece oysters
- 50g cheese (soft cheese used for baking)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh coriander (optional)
- Pepper, garlic and chili seasoning according to taste

Instruct:
1. Defrost half-piece oysters according to the instructions on the package. Wash the oysters and dry.
2. Mix minced garlic and olive oil in a small bowl. Apply the garlic mixture on top of the oysters.
3. Prepare the oven to 200°C.
4. Place oysters on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until oysters are cooked through and cheese is melted.
5. When the oysters are cooked through, garnish with fresh coriander and sprinkle with garlic and chili seasoning to taste.

Ingredient:
- Fresh oysters (optional quantity)
- Fresh ginger (formed into thin fibers)
- Wasabi, lemon
- Soybean sauce (soybean sauce)

Instruct:
