Complaint Resolution

We fully understand the frustration of customers when purchasing products that do not meet their expectations. We sincerely apologize to our customers and, in the spirit of sincerity and goodwill, we will communicate with customers to agree on methods to resolve their complaints.

Complaint Resolution Methods:

Product Exchange: We will process exchanges for customers if the products fall under the eligible exchange categories.
Refund via Bank Account: Free of charge, refunds will be processed within 4 business days.
Cash Refund: Customers can receive a cash refund at our company.
Steps to File a Complaint:

Step 1: Submit your request to our customer service department via Hotline 0945 100 394 during working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Saturday).

Step 2: Our customer service staff will record the case and proceed with verifying and resolving the complaint. In some cases, the customer service staff may forward the information to the Quality Management Department for further verification and provide feedback to the customer as soon as possible.

Step 3: The customer service staff will discuss with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, prioritizing the customer's best interests.
