- Ingredient:
  + 200g fresh french cod
  + 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
  + 50g butter, melted
  + 50g asparagus, thinly sliced
  + 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  + Pepper, green onion, minced chili, mustard (optional) for garnish
- Making:
  1. Defrost the cod overnight in the refrigerator, rinse the french cod under cold water, pat dry with toilet paper.
  2. Mix minced garlic, melted butter, fish sauce, sugar and pepper into a paste.
  3. Spread a layer of transparent plastic film on the tabletop, place the cod piece on the plastic film.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cod pieces.
