User manual

Oven: Pour cold water over frozen eel, in an airtight bag until the eel is defrosted. Open the package, put the eel in the oven. Cover and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F, for 12-13 minutes. Ready to enjoy
Use the microwave
Place frozen eel in an airtight bag, on an insulated plate, and let thaw for about 2 minutes. Pierce holes for steam to escape on the top of the bag. Microwave on high power for 4 minutes. Open the bag and take out the eel. Ready to enjoy.
Boil
Place frozen eel in an airtight bag, in boiling water. Boil for about 10 minutes. Remove from boiling water. Open the bag and remove the eel to a plate.
For a better taste of traditional Japanese food, place hot rice in a preheated bowl. Heat the eel as directed. Pour sauce over early and place eel on top, skin side down. Eat while still hot.
