Ingredient:
- 200g of scallops
- 200g udon noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 carrot, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2-3 plants of watercress, cut into small pieces
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- Pepper, salt, and other seasoning to taste

Cooking instructions:
1. First, prepare the udon noodles according to the instructions on the package. When the noodles are cooked, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
