How to cook delicious shrimp dishes

1. Red Prawns with Malaysian Butter Sauce

Malaysian-style red shrimp with butter sauce is prepared according to the recipe below, it only takes 10 minutes for you to have a scrumptious and nutritious dish.
Clean the shrimps, put 1 cup of oil in a pan, add shrimp and stir well for about 1 minute. Set shrimp aside.
For the butter sauce, you will need 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Still in the same pan, melt butter in a pan over medium heat and add curry leaves, garlic and Thai chili. Cook for 1 minute.
Add wine, coconut sugar and chicken broth powder and cook for 1 minute. Add coconut milk then add shrimp and stir until well absorbed. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.

2. Grilled shrimp with cheese

Pre-defrost shrimp in the refrigerator before cooking. Shrimps have been preliminarily cleaned, so there is no need to rinse with water. First, take a bowl, peel 4 laughing cow cheese balls, add 50g unsalted butter, 10g minced garlic, 1 tablespoon ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon seasoning powder, mix well with a spoon.
